Video Library Updates
BlackBerry Messenger (BBM)

Based on popular demand, we have now added videos covering BlackBerry Messenger (BBM). This app has been touted by RIM as a fantastic tool to stay connected with friends. The BBM Groups feature is a great tool to enhance communication and productivity, especially with work groups or teams. We have videos that will help your organization unlock the power of BBM.

The BlackBerry Messenger updates apply to the following libraries:

- Bold 9000 Series
- Curve 8900 Series
- 8800 Series including 8830 World Edition

For our Current Customers - How to access the updates:
If we host the video tutorials and you have a standard menu system, your videos are already up-to-date!
For Enterprise Customers who host the videos on your own Intranet servers: Simply login to obtain the latest update. If you need assistance, please contact us via email at: info at madesimplelearning dot com.

Knowing when BBM messages are Delivered and Read
Did you know that you can tell exactly when a BBM is delivered to someone's BlackBerry and when they read your message. Stay on top of all your communication with BBM. Inside the checkmark that your message was sent, you will see a little letter "D" for Delivered, then when the message is read the D changes to an "R."

Put your BBM Contact icon or BBM Group icon on your Home Screen
Did you know you could put icons for any of your BBM contacts or groups right on your BlackBerry home screen. This will give you instant access to the BBM chat with that person or group. We show you exactly how to get this done in our new BBM videos.

Boost Team Productivity with BBM Groups
If you set up a group in BBM, you can boost your group productivity using the following features:

Share photos and quickly gather comments from the entire team using the Share Picture command. (It works like a private "Facebook" page for your team.
Share, assign and manage group task or To-Do items using BBM Group Lists.
Quickly schedule and manage the calendar for the group using BBM Group Calendars.
