Welcome to our Enterprise Update Newsletter for

Bold 9650 Series
The Tour 2 is now known as the Bold 9650 Smartphone and has been recently
launched by Sprint in the US, with Verizon and other carriers around the world
to launch shortly. Our library now supports the Bold 9650 with over 100 videos and PDF shortcut files. Read on to find
out how to get this update for your users!

Success Story #1
Distribute the Videos Right on the BlackBerry Media Card
One of our clients has
pre-loaded videos on Media Cards and distributed them to all their users.

Situation:
This company was just starting to roll out 60 new BlackBerry
Bold models to its users who are always on the road. They were worried
about how they were going to get everyone trained.
Solution:
The IT Staff bought some media cards in bulk and pre-loaded the Videos To Go
(tm) onto each Media Card. Then, in many cases, they inserted the
Media Cards into users BlackBerry devices before issuing them, in other
cases they had to wait for the user to drop by the head office to get the
card inserted. At the end of the day, all users had Media Cards loaded
up with videos they could watch anywhere, anytime.
Results:
- Reduced volume of "how to" questions to Help Desk.
- Users are excited to learn new helpful features.
- Increased productivity of BlackBerry users.

every question could be answered.) When the users called in, the
