Dear Customer,

Welcome to our Enterprise Update Newsletter for March 2010!  This newsletter goes to contact people at organizations that use our Video Tutorials.   This replaces all previous 'Update' type emails.  We plan to get regular updates out to all our enterprise customers with relevant information about the Video Library and tips and tricks to get the most out of your BlackBerry Training.

Video Library Updates
Bold 97xx & Curve 85xx Series

We have recently updated our video library to add over 130 videos and PDF shortcut files to the brand new Bold 97xx Series and Curve 85xx Series.  Read on to find out how to get this update for your users!

We are proud to announce the addition of these two BlackBerry Smartphone series to our library (These are the first models with the 'trackpad' which replaces the 'trackball'.)

- Reduced help desk call volume by fully 50%
- Increased productivity of BlackBerry users by one-hour every day
   Bottom Line:  Resulted in Productivity Savings of over $5,000,000 every year.

Promotional Ideas
How to get your users watching the video tutorials.
We all know that the videos are only helpful if your users watch them.  Read on to find out plenty of tips and tricks to promote the videos in your organization.  Have an idea?  Send it to us!


PROMOTE WITH A SIMPLE EMAIL LINK:
Why not add a little email link to the Video Tutorials in your email signature?  Something as simple as: Learn your BlackBerry Smartphone using our simple 3-minute video tutorials.


PROMOTE WITH HELP DESK:
It is a win-win situation if you can give your Help Desk access to the video tutorials and then have the Help Desk promote them to the users at the end of each call they receive. “Did you know you could watch a quick 3 minute video to help you learn about your BlackBerry? -- Just go here on our Intranet to get to them.”
Maybe set it up so that every email that goes out to a BlackBerry user from the Help Desk has a link at the bottom to the Video tutorials.

PROMOTE WITH USER TESTIMONIALS:
We have seen testimonials from users work very well with many of our clients. If you can grab a few testimonials from your own users, that’s best!
In the mean time, feel free to use some of our testimonials:

PROMOTE WITH BLACKBERRY EMAIL TIPS:
Put a plug for the video tutorials at the end of a BlackBerry email tip with a link to your intranet / SharePoint installation link. We have 20 email tips that we can send you in an MS Word document, if you’d like.  Contact us and we'll get you the tips!

PROMOTE WITH YOUR NEWSLETTERS TO USERS:
Put a quick testimonial or graphic in your regular newsletter / other communication to users. Try to show the users how better use of the BlackBerry will make them more successful in their own jobs.  If someone in your organization regularly communicates to the BlackBerry users (example a Sales Newsletter), try to get the editor to add in a plug for the Videos.  It works even better if you can get a 'real life' testimonial from one of the Salespeople about how the videos have helped them work more efficiently or "win that big deal!"

PROMOTE ON YOUR INTRANET:
Use similar tools as the NEWSLETTER to promote the videos on your organization’s Intranet server.
